Purchased my set last month. Finally used them Friday night. First, they're so cuuuute, light yet feels sturdy.
I was testing a new recipe for the upcoming holiday and my pans didn't disappoint. I read the care mini booklet that came with the pots and it said low to medium heat. I sauted my kale and they didn't stick. During my last batch I forgot to turn off the stove (smh) and my kale didn't stick to the pan at all. Washing them was a breeze! I cooked scrambled eggs, again, they didn't stick. The bottom of my pans still looks new, no dark marks.
I searched for days looking for "clean" (i.e bpa free, less toxins, etc) cookware and I'm very happy with my purchase. I even purchased their drinking mug because I love my set.
